9 Months

So Evie Lee grows at super lightning speed at the moment, I was away from her for 2 days as she stayed with her Grand parents and she looked different in those two days, the baby is going and now comes this little kid, it just amazes me.

Her development comes more quickly, little miss independent wants to do everything herself, feeding, of course none really gets in her mouth, as well as trying to put her tights on her head, this is quite humorous to watch.

Everyday there are new sounds, its gone from Dada and papa and daaaadddddddadddaaaa to attaaaaaa and addaaaa, lots of squealing and yelling and just experimenting with her voice. No mama yet. But she recognizes now who is Mama and Papa and OPa and Oma and she has become very good in pointing, there's Mama , there's Papa. Evie also gives the best open mouth tongue out kisses at the moment and she enjoys kissing all her little animals before she goes to sleep at night. She is getting quite a allot of funny characteristics and knows how to make us laugh. She loves playing Peek a Boo and hides herself now.

Her new thing is to point at everything at the moment, she is getting really active and climbs up on things now of course assisted no free walking yet but not too far off . We have been putting Evie on the pot to see how she goes and its awesome, most days we gets two poos and up to six wees , it takes allot of work and time and patience but we are saving so many nappies so I'm very happy and just the thrill when she goes it's so amazing, I'm sure it will get less exciting every time she does a poo on the pot.

We have decided to stay longer in Germany, we were due to leave this weekend, but the time has gone so fast and we are having a really nice time here we have decided to extend our stay until the end of February, 6 more weeks in the cold.

We manage to keep busy , I have just joined a gym here in Hamburg and they take Evie for me so that's exciting , and we have our English speaking Mums group which we attend once a week. Then have lunches on other days go for walks, some shopping , swimming and just relaxing at home.

We are also spending quite a bit of time in Delmonhorst with Evie's Grandparents which is just lovely. Evie loves being with them and has a very special relationship with her Oma and Opa it's really nice to know she is so relaxed and happy when they are looking after her. She is better behaved when she is at there place then when she is at home.
